I recently used this in combination with the high vis reversible vest in Indiana during a special weather situation up by Lake Michigan with temps at 15 degrees and winds between 40-50mph. The rest of the group was freezing. I was great. Granted I wore thermals underneath both this and my pants, but this really helped with wind blocking which was what was hurting them. I recommend this jacket for windy conditions and layering.

It's not a bad jacket but the rating should be 20 degrees not 10. If I knew it didn't have a bottom draw string or some way to seal the draft I wouldn't have got it. I think a draw string would improve it Immensely. I work outside for hours at a time in all kinds of weather.
