Nice Item But . . . . .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking for a top Rated coverall to help with the cold. I elected this product over the competition due to their Reputation. The shipping took a little longer than I thought which was a disappointment. There is a drawstring on the inside at the waist which adjusts the waist : the locks were broken upon delivery and so i cant use them. I guess I should have gone with my 1st choice . . Not pleased

Crazy price change

Ordered a medium and paid $122.57. Received today and it turns out that my husband needs a Small. To return and reorder it is now $163.00! That is outrageous. I should be able to exchange for smaller size AT THE SAME PRICE!! Do better!!!

Poor fitment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After calling Refrigiwear and speaking to their “expert”, providing my measurements, she advised me to buy a size smaller than my usual large. I decided to not listen to her, bought large, and the jacket was about 3” too short in the sleeves and the bibs were just barely at my ankles IF I accepted that the waist line was sitting 4-5” below my waist line. So much for expert help and I don’t understand why they don’t offer anything in “tall” sizes.
