Low call vol..
Probably my fault, but I have call vol full and speaker vol on..? Over modulation ? Otherwise, great phone.....

Great Phone for the price
Bought this phone a few weeks ago and it's held up fine. The large display is great. It feels like a well made phone all around.

The phone well represents is price point which is to say, cheap. And that is the point of this model. However the Samsung equivalent, the A01 got updated to Android 11. Try to keep up Motorola.

E2020 model
I have had an E3 model for couple years. This one (E2020) I just bought a month ago. It has a bigger screen than the E3 model, advance design and features. I haven't found any negative about this product as yet.

The Moto E is well worth the price. It performs well. But I don't like a couple things compared to my old Moto G5s+. Bluetooth paired speakers and wi-fi sources don't appear in a drop down menu from the home screen. You have to go to settings to connect. When phone calls arrive or when its time to hang up, the screens are confusing. I want to see the big green and red buttons instead of searching for how to connect or disconnect. The fingerprint reader is on the back, not quite as easy to access.

Not so good
I got this phone about a month ago and I think it's terrible. It freezes up alot. When I press the text pad, it's delayed at letting me select letters or numbers, I have to keep my and it closes out of apps often. I was disapointed, I thought this phone was going to be better than it is. My moto g was much better

Moto E Stands for Excellent
I bought this phone a month ago and it was so easy to change activate it. All my info from my old phone showed up immediately. Can't beat the large screen and I love the greeting. "Hello Moto". Bragged about it to my mother-in-law and now she has one too.

Worst phone!! Everything freezes up on it all the time. I have to restart it daily. Even the freaking camera freezes up while taking pictures!!
