Not that happy with glaring light
The lamps look very nice and went together easily. However, the light is very glaring and resembles a searchlight pointing downward or something similar. I don't know if this is because of the lampshades. My husband likes it because his vision is not that good and so we kept one by his chair and I put mine in the closet and am using my old lamp which is much better. I would have returned them but we would never get them packed up in the box the right way, so we are stuck with them.
