I use this ~once a week just to give my system an extra kick of probiotics. I find that this formulation is gentle enough to use every day or also great as a one-off when you want to differentiate the types of probiotic strains you're exposing yourself to.

In addition to maintaining a perfect personal pH, this product is also a godsend for severe issues with digestion. A perfect balance of multiple probiotics. I find they work better taken on an empty stomach in the morning with lots of water.

Before taking this product, I had days and days of feeling bloated and indigestion to the point of taking heartburn relief chew every single day for weeks. I did experience some bloating in the first week of taking this supplement but I believe it was my body's way of getting use to the probiotic. after a month of taking it, I felt great - minimal bloating and no indigestion at all! I was happy to save money on heartburn/gas relief medication. I love this product and will continue to take it every day. worth every penny, in my opinion!

So many vitamins and supplements do good things for us behind the scenes, but not necessarily on a level at which we are consciously aware. However, this product had noticeable benefits for me. Most of the time you have to take multiple for the same amount of flora so this was a huge win to me. There was no bad taste, it made my gut feel so soothed and helped a lot with my digestion. The pills were so tiny and I loved the convenience of only needing to take one.

The probiotic was very effective in keeping my gut healthy despite a brief stint of pain killers and the anesthesia. I would highly recommend it for anyone who is/has been on a lot of medications or has spent any amount of time in a hospital.

For me, I find that when I use the Ultimate Care Probiotic, my issues with rich foods is lessened. I cannot typically eat foods that have some sort of gravy unless a probiotic is taken. Renew Life's probiotics work so well. I recommend them to anyone as a support product.
