My go to for cleansing and digestive health
This cleanse is excellent. I’ve been using it periodically it for many years. It is not stated on the box but there are enough for two 14 day cleanses in the package (with a few extra capsules) so take note of when you start. Using AM/PM pill containers are how I keep track. Otherwise I will forget when I started and miss or double doses some days. I have a lot of love for RenewLife products. For me focus on quality is very important and very much appreciated. This cleanse and their probiotics were my life boat when I was on long-term high dose antibiotics. I am forever grateful!

Packaging ALERT!!
Let me start by saying the Renew Life cleanses are FANTASTIC!! I've been using the CleanseSmart 30-day cleanse followed by the CandiSmart cleanse annually for nearly 20 years now! BUT I feel anybody looking into this should be alerted to the fact that the quantity & instructions for the 14-day cleanse, on their site as well as the packaging is for the 30-day regimen NOT THE 14-DAY REGIMEN THE BOX & SITE WRONGLY associates it with!! If anybody were to try to pack this into 14-days, I fear they'd become very ill at worst & extremely uncomfortable at best! THIS SHOULD BE CORRECTED ASAP!!

Great cleanse and super easy!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I felt like I’d really let my diet slip during the pandemic and wanted to try a cleanse while also working to clean up my diet. This cleanse is super easy to do! Nothing too complicated. There’s morning capsules and evening capsules and the directions are very simple. The first few days my digestive system felt a little upset but after about 2 weeks I was feeling so good. I felt like I had more energy and my gut was happy. I would definitely use this cleanse again, especially if I feel like I’ve gotten off course with my dietary habits.
