Review Quotes

?A well-written book with thought-provoking issues as well as clear guidelines and questions to direct the reader.?-Choice

?This book can be a valuable teaching aid or stand as one of two books in a class on this reporting specialty....Students should find this book clearly written adn sound in its advice. The ethical challenges force students to think about story selection, content, timing, and treatment. The examples offered should help students delineate between wise and ethical reports and those which are harmful. The ethics discussion is particularly insightful....This book challenges the reporter to understand and report the most sound conclusions in a manner that is sympathetic to the interests of key individuals....We need reporters who can report accurately and responsibly on risks. This book contributes to that goal.?-Journalism & Mass Communication Quarterly
