The newest member of the award-winning One-Step™ family, this new two-in-one dryer and straightener leaves hair feeling healthy and soft. Go from damp to straight using one tool, the One-Step™ Air Straight.
Featuring unique air vents on one side and a ceramic tourmaline plate with teeth on the other side, they work together to evenly dry hair while straightening and boosting shine.
New AirPause™ Technology enables you to control airflow with simply a squeeze. When you release the handles, airflow stops. Press them together and the air begins blowing. Drying is faster and more convenient when you don’t have to switch the dryer off and on as you stop to separate sections.
HOW TO USE:
To dry hair:
1. Air-dry or rough-dry hair until it’s at least 80% dry, then comb through to remove any tangles or snarls.
2. Separate hair into manageable sections.
3. Unlock the tool by rotating the control setting to the right. Start with the LOW AIR setting, then adjust to MEDIUM AIR or HIGH AIR, as desired.
4. Beginning at the roots, place a section of hair between the plates and press handles together to activate airflow.
5. Slowly slide tool to the ends.
6. Repeat until hair is fully dry.
To smooth and finish dry hair:
1. Adjust setting to AIR & HEATED PLATES or HEATED PLATES ONLY. The indicator lights will glow when the plates are ready to use. Only use styling settings on dry hair.
2. Separate hair into manageable sections.
3. Clamp hair firmly at the roots, slide tool slowly to the ends.
4. Repeat until desired look is achieved. Allow hair to cool before combing or brushing.

This is quite possibly the worst hair tool I have ever purchased in. The way it tugged my hair when I was attempting to straighten it in the slowest most careful way possible was unreal. It literally left my scalp in bruises for about 20 minutes. I returned within the same hour.

Personally I thought this was a very useful hair tool to have. My hair is naturally wavy, and if it air dries it gets frizzy. I have suuuper thick hair thanks to my Middle Eastern genetics, so drying and then straightening my hair takes ages. This tool was able to cut that process down to only about 20 mins worth of work. The comb does get stuck on my hair here and there but I brush with a wet brush in between passes with this tool and it works great.

I recieved my revlon one step air straight complimentary from revlon. I have thin frizzy, blanched blonde hair so drying and straightening tools are sometimes harsh or leave my hair too frizzy, but I didnt have any issues. I sectioned my damp hair and was able to dry and style and curl at the same time. I finish doing my hair in half the time it normally takes since this is a dryer and styler in one. It was great.

i was gifted this item complimentary from revlonhairtools in exchange for my honest review. Unfortunately its not a positive one. i was super excited to try this product theoretically it seems like a great tool. until you have to use it. The teeth that your hair is supposed to slide between are so thin that it yanks and frys strands of hair. it also doesnt dry very well and takes FOREVER. I tried using this product many times and ultimately gave up each time and switched to a blow dryer and iron. This tool doesn't do anything new and its difficult to use properly especially if you have thick or long hair. TLDR: Its a gimmick. PASS.

Using airflow to straighten the hair is a brilliant odea. While I acknowledge that the hair may not achieve the same level of straightness as with a flat iron, it causes significantly less damage and still provides a beautifully straight hair look. it's complimentary from revlon hair tools

This is a pretty good hair straightener. I prefer my current Chi, but this is still good for a little lower price. You can either dry or straightener your hair. It says not to do both at the same time or it can damage your hair. I feel like at first glance the packaging is a little misleading. Gifted by revlonhairgoods.

This Revlon One-Step Air Straightener is like a magical 2 in 1 hair tool. I don't need to worry about blowing all of my hair before styling it because this has so many settings on it. A cool shot and three blow dry styling settings. There is also a blowdry and heat setting and just heat alone setting like a normal straightener. My wavy shoulder length hair gets styled either straight or curly in no time. This was gifted to me by Revlon Hair Tools.

This is so cool and innovative! I have never seen anything like it. I really did enjoy it but I feel like the plates need to get hotter. I have curly long hair and I felt like it took a long time to do. It did work , and it’s a 2 in one but it just took a long time. I think if you have straight to wavy hair you will love it . I really wanted to try this straightener and drying at the same time, I am using it daily and I am fascinated, it has become one of my favorites, I love how it helps my hair in the mornings and the best thing is that it is easy to use ! Right now I carry it in my bag because I always love giving my hair those touch-ups to make it straight and always very pretty and elegant, I recommend it, this is here to stay!

Revlon always comes up with new and innovative designs when it comes to hair care. This one step straightener is really good. I washed my hair and tested it out. This air straightener has the functions of a blow dryer and a straightener and then both combined. Initially as suggested, I dried my hair first using this straightener. I then switched to the air straightener function and finally the heated plates for the final finish. It does all the jobs well and I was impressed, however, the tiny plates in the hair dryer can get a bit uncomfortable while brushing. The other problem is that it doesn’t work unless the plates are completely closed, which can either be good or bad. I think it’s overall an interesting design and I’m Thankful to have received it.
