Q: Has anyone baked baklava in this and cut directly into the pan? Did it cut through?

For optimal results, it's best to use a plastic or silicone cutting utensil instead of metal ones to avoid scratching the surface. This is true of all of our disposable bakeware.

Q: Does this pan have a flat bottom?

Q: I am having trouble finding a disposable pan with lid which is deep enough for the cinnamon buns I make. Can you show a picture of this pan from the side view, so I can actually see how deep it is?
