Very intense smell
I do like that it is cruelty-free and has cleaner ingredients which is main reason why I’m giving it some stars. But the fragrance is very intense and smells like scented cat litter or a strong dryer sheet. If you’re sensitive to smells, especially artificial fragrance, I would not recommend. It did not feel very hydrating-it did ok at detangling.

Horrid scent
Smells god awful. I was really excited to try it, and when I initially smelled it in the store, it seemed fine. But it was not. It leaves a weird scent after you rinse it out. The best way I can describe it is it smells like rosemary that has gone bad. Which is a bummer. I had to re wash my hair before I got out of the shower. And even after using a clarifying shampoo and a strong scented hair mask as a conditioner (from Ouai), I can still smell a hint of it.

I tried using the shampoo and conditioner as a more affordable alternative and it made my hair feel like straw and completely damamged it. now, i have to use a medicated shampoo for the dandruff it caused because it completely dried out my hair. DON'T USE THIS BRAND!!!

It left a very heavy residue on my roots no matter how much I scrubbed it out. The ends of my hair felt nice and wavy, but the texture was not it. I have slightly oily hair, so it may just not be compatible with my hair texture. Overall, not super pleased with the product.

Not my favorite but not bad
