Do not buy!
Do your self a favor and do not buy this! Truly one of the worst conditioners I have ever tried. Makes your hair so dry and tangled. It took me 15 mins to brush my hair after showering to get all the knots out.

Best I've Had
Ive been using this conditioner for 4 years now. It’s been the best conditioner I’ve ever had for my extremely long and wavy hair. It brings out my waves and doesn’t weigh them down or give them a weird film (which has always been an issue since my hair itself has very thin strands). Used to use the wavy hair shampoo in addition but realized I don’t like the combo for myself, so I used Shea Moisture for my shampoo and this for my conditioner and my hair has never felt healthier!

I was so excited to use this product (paired with the shampoo), and after the first use I liked it a lot, it smelled good, it was affordable, and my hair felt nice at the ends. HOWEVER after about 3 washes I started experiencing itching/redness/inflammation/pain all over my scalp. My head is constantly irritated and my scalp had become so inflamed it was weeping!! In addition to the irritation, my hair has been falling out like crazy. I have NEVER experienced hair loss- especially not to this degree, and so much of my hair has fallen out because of this product. My hair was nice and thick before and I was really hopeful that this product would enhance the natural wave in my hair, and instead it created damage to my hair and scalp which will take a lot of time to heal. Unfortunately, this product is a huge waste of money :( I have since switched shampoos but the damage is pretty significant and long lasting. I do not recommend this product.

Fair enough for the price
Price is reasonable for such a basic product. One of the first ingredients is alcohol so I don’t know how I feel about that. Moisturized my hair well enough but I don’t think it’s overly promising for the dry, cold Colorado climate. I’ll give it a use of the whole bottle but probably won’t repurchase.

Hair loss
Thought I was buying something with safe ingredients for the family and by the 5-6th month my hair started falling off. At first I thought it was because I have dyed hair but my 12 and 10 year old daughters also were experiencing the same thing. Please get this off the shelves.

Same as the shampoo, this is cheap drugstore quality, you can do much more with a different brand for the same money! This conditioner was not at all moisturizing, my hair was so dry and puffy, tangled and unhappy. The fragrance is super strong, too, not for migrainey people.

It did wonders for my hair damaged hair from a oily scalp but the smell flowery smell was making me sick(nauseous). But if you have asthma or anything i would recommend staying away from it.

Hydrating for my hair
My wavy hair gets frizzy throughout the day. I need the extra care that could cater to my hair. I love how customizable this is as well. My feels more hydrated and softer. It looks healthier. Perfect for wavy 2b hair
This conditioner is so hydrating but doesn’t make my hair greasy. For reference, I usually wash my hair every other day or two days. My scalp is dry as well. The added serums are really helpful and you can customize to your needs. Everything smells intoxicating in a good way :). Gifted by functionofbeauty
