the bow is very cute soft to the touch it looks exactly like the photo the only thing I don't like is that the long strings once tied on top and one comes out from behind I wish it was more like a picture perfect bow how both strings come out from the front but it is a very nice holiday bow for your hair I would say it's about as long as a water bottle like a 16 oz water bottle it has a alligator clip it's cute I would buy it again in a different color
