[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this as a gift for Father's day. I used it as soon as I could and was surprised at the feel and the grip. The compact design definitely helps with getting into smaller spaces that a lot of the bigger impacts. The only downside to this impact is its power. 2300 in lbs (191 ft lbs) of torque should be more than enough to remove many bolts and nuts on my vehicles. Sadly it doesn't. My lugs are torqued to 97 ft lbs and with the power this impact has, it wasn't able to budge them. A lot of the nuts and bolts on my cars are well within the range for the torque this is advertised at. Still a great impact for my collection and the quality is superior to my old one for sure. I will keep it and use it more for it's intended purpose, construction. Rockwell RK2855K2

Bought this about a month ago and so far have used it a handful of times and it hasn’t disappointed. Cracks loose lug nut with little to no effort. Didn’t read all that close I guess so I was surprised to see it came w/ two batteries. Be sure to register product for warranty. Havn’t had to use so can’t speak to that aspect. I’m sure Rockwell will stand behind products though. I have 4 Rockwell tools and I have no complaints about any so far. I already have a Makita drill and impact driver otherwise I’d go for that next.

I've only had the impact for a few weeks but I'm impressed with it's size and weight compared to other impacts. I'm able to easily remove and install the lug nuts on my '13 GMC 2500HD at 140 ft-lb. Not only did the price help with the decision to buy but also the warranty and included two batteries. I've since bought another for my mother to use while traveling with a camper. Great for leveling a camper...

I bought this w/ a little hesitation because I wasn't sure it do what I wanted it to do. Got it ...opened it ...took it straight out side removed lug nuts off 3 different size vehicles This is my 4th or 5th Rockwell tool they yet to let me down

I received this tool about a year ago and used it twice before it would not hold a socket on when you held it upside down. Not happy at all, this tool is supposed to last 20 years, yea
