Everything was great about the case until the button for the volume buttons fell out and now it useless. I had it for exactly 2 weeks until the button fell out and now I need to buy another case... from a different brand.

The volume key plastic piece fell off within a month and no way to get a refund. I do not want a replacemant. It is a cheap product.

The case is beautiful and looks great! It doesn't have the same high sides to protect the screen or the same thickness in the back to protect the camera as the case mate twinkle case I had. I was looking for more protection, I drop my phone a lot. I'm bummed I don't love that part, because it's really beautiful. I won't be using this. As always, case mate customer service is excellent and responsive.

I purchased this case for my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5g. I selected this product because the Garden Party Floral design is beautiful and the quality is outstanding. This phone case will protect my phone from breaking should I accidentally drop my phone while standing. I am very pleased with this purchase.

I've had the case since July 2021, and loved it! But now the button covers have both fallen off:astonished: Nothing I did, they just fell off! Other than that, it's a good product.

The cover that was sent to me was already opened & used. Also, it didn't fit tight like a glove, so I wasn't confident it would protect my phone in case it fell.
