I waited for this chair for almost 6 weeks. Finally came in and was missing the cylinder. Ordered online and returned at my local target store. Called target.com customer service and was told they could not just send me the part that was missing. Not happy because the chair took so long to come it and had a part missing.

Overall I love the look of the chair. It’s fine for me working remotely a few days a week. I don’t like that there’s no way to lock the wheels in place so it’s easy to slide all over when you may not want to.

This chair is fine. It's a chair, and the lift mechanism works well. That being said, the Pomegranate is *not* black and white. Given the price, I looked at that color on my phone, laptop, and desktop PC monitor, to make sure I was getting the best representations of the color. On all three, it appears to be a black chair with a white print - exactly what I was looking for. But it's not black - it's definitely charcoal, with a creamy white that reads as dingy. It is also one of the most uncomfortable desk / computer chairs I've ever sat in. I compared the seat measurements to the very comfortable desk chair I had at the time, and they were nearly exactly the same. However, the chair manages to feel too small in every dimension. It also has no back support - neither did my previous chair, and it was 10 times more comfortable. Overall, I just feel this chair is nowhere near worth the price. It might be a nice to look at, and sit in to write a single email, but I needed it to hold up to more than that. I would look elsewhere.

I have the same peacock wallpaper in my bathroom. I saw this chair but I just bought an office chair. I couldn’t convince myself to spend 400. But I missed it, it went out of stock and I found myself wishing it came back. When it did, I was ready. Assembly was one literally 2 steps. It’s is NOT a big chair just as another review states, but for me it’s perfect. It’s well made, it was really well packed. I do imagine the gold will scratch and I don’t think it’s an heirloom but it makes every day I work in my home office a joy. That’s well worth the money.

Sadly this was a let down. Immediately on unpackaging some of the gold on the base scratched off. The actual seat and back is very small, which was hard to tell before purchasing. The fabric also looks cheap to me. Pretty bummed.

I have been waiting for the perfect desk chair for my office, and this chair was the one! I was thrilled Rifle Paper Co. hosted a collaboration with Target and think the gold bottom is an upgrade from the chairs on the Rifle site - and this version is cheaper! The chair is comfortable and was packed perfectly to protect the fabric.
