Battery Compartment Will Not Stay Closed

Battery compartment will not stay closed. The screw is either stripped or the one we got is defective. I have one disappointed little toddler now. Really frustrating.

It only goes one single speed - which is slow...

It is cool looking - but with the box saying “I run, crawl & creep” I was expecting it to go different speeds & disappointingly it doesn’t actually run - it only goes one speed & that’s slow. It creeps along. My robo hand tends to veer to the left whenever I put it down. Easily gets stuck on the tile grout & doesn’t do well on sidewalks or carpet. I’d say it would be best to be used on like a wood floor or linoleum floor. Oh and it’s kind of loud for a little robot hand.
