This ottoman was described as being 16 inches high. It was 21 inches high! I don’t know how you can get your measurements that far off! Returned.

I bought 2 in green. I wanted an orange and a turquoise too, but they are twice the price of the green so I didn't order them. I use them as footstools and extra seating on my patio. They are cute and comfortable, but they snag if you just look at them. I don't know how long they will last. Since it is winter and wet, I put them under a chair cover when not in use. Although it says you can remove the cover, my zippers are glued shut. Also, I sprayed with Scotchguard for extra protection.

I bought two of these. They looked great in the beginning. They don’t hold there shape very well and the tan part snags terribly. You have to be very careful with them to keep them looking good.

Pouf is sturdy and looks nice. I’m concerned that it arrived bare (no plastic covering, environmentally friendly) and has strange fibrous particles all over it. I’m assuming it’s from the warehouse where it is boxed at. Should be removable with a vacuum, but it’s still weird and kind of gross.
