A: Yes, that is the smallest size offered. She would have room to grow and could wear thicker sock if they are a little big.

Q: Is the size 13 in little kids?
A: My daughter wears size 13 in shoes and the skates are smaller than her sneakers when I put them side-by-side. I would size up. Other than that the skates look really great.

A: Only the laces, and velco strap can be tightened.
submitted byLtreeve - 8 years agoA: I am sure you can take a ratchet and tighten the wheels. I carry one in my skate bag for my kids and tighten and loosen the wheels as their ability grows. I even do this at skate rinks for rentals but don't tell. haha
