Q: Can someone from Target please correct the size specifications? And can someone tell me how tall it is? It clearly is not 19" high.
A: I only have a foot-long ruler. Each tier is a little over 12 inches, and the wheels add about 1.5-2 inches. So about 3 feet, 2 inches tall. Depth at the narrowest side is about 14 inches. Length is about an inch shy of 2 feet. (Also, it's very flimsy and very hard to assemble.)

Q: Are the shelves adjustable?
