Bad Purchase
Cz stone is fine. Chain is unusable. Size is minute and can't be fastened with adult hands and fingers. Chain came tangled. After hours of attempting to untangle it, there is still one knot that cannot be undone. I didn't realize that it was so small and fragile. I tossed the chain in a drawer. I complained the next day and was told that I should have known. I asked if I could return the chain for a partial credit and was told "no". I won't order from Ross Simon's again due to poor customer service in working with me. I was not even offered the opportunity to purchase a larger chain. I should have returned the entire thing for credit.
