Bad clasps failed twice
Bracelet is beautiful but the clasp failed. I returned it, called Ross-Simon, spoke with representative, please check clasp on 2nd bracelet. Got it and that clasp is failed too. Now i have to spend more money to have clasp changed at a local jeweler. I won't be buying any more bracelets. There are at least 3 more gemstone bracelets i'd like to get, but no... will find someone else. So disappointed

Clasps do not lock.
My wife loves the bracelet. However, when she wore it to a wedding, the locking clasps on both side did not stay locked and kept catching on clothing. I will be returning it for a new exact same bracelet that hopefully will lock securely. If I receive a new correct bracelet, I would recommend it, otherwise no.

Beautiful piece!
Several years ago, I had my jeweler make me a set of the Morganite jewelry in Rose gold. I did not think at the time to have a bracelet made. When I saw this bracelet on your website, I knew I had to have it to complete my set. It goes well with my other pieces, and it looks like it was made as part of the set. As with the other pieces I have purchased from Ross-Simons, it is lovely and well made.

Clasp keeps opening
Due to the clasp, the bracelet has come undone and fallen off. I love the design and the size of the bracelet but I am afraid to wear it until I can fix the issue with the clasp.
