Arrived broken and poorly assembled, and I cannot request a refund without returning it first which is incredibly inconvenient due to how heavy it is

The instructions were very easy to follow, we got this assembled in about a half hour. I appreciated that the top piece with the wine slots was already assembled that made life easier. It’s very sturdy and a great value for the price. The inside shelves are adjustable so we put them on the highest setting to allow for extra wine storage on the bottom shelf, and my wine glasses fit great on the top shelf. I love the gray finish, it’s modern and goes well with our black furniture.
