We've field-tested these wonderful Italian-made Ravioli Molds at home, and they get a resounding thumbs up. Choose from square or round shapes. They're easy to use—just lay a rolled pasta sheet over the mold, place your favorite filling (meat, cheese, or vegetables) in each dimple, lay another sheet of pasta on top, then roll with the included pin to crimp and seal the edges. Rubber inserts on the feet keep it from slipping or damaging your countertop. Make ravioli like your Nonna used to—Mangia! The Round Ravioli Mold makes 24 pieces around 2 inches square.
