I really liked these earrings. Unfortunately, after I purchased them, the french hook broke immediately as I was taking them off their packaging card. I returned them the next day and exchanged for another pair of this style. The same exact thing happened and the french hook broke in exactly he same way as I was removing them from the packaging card. I think it's just a design flaw and the hook is very weak. These would have been better as post style earrings instead.

I dislike the size- too big like medium sized. If they were smaller they would be lighter and look more delicate. When earrings look too big they tend to look cheap compared to something that is more delicate and perhaps smaller in size. I like the shape and design but definitely too big for me and they are heavy on my poor ears :-(
