Spoiled open package.
Doesn't even deserve one star. Bread was delivered with the package ripped open, and the exposed bread was stale. How this was missed is beyond my understanding. I'm done with Target: this is not the first time expired, spoiled, and damaged items have been delivered. How do I know it wasn't purposely tampered with. It makes me ill to think what else could have been tampered with. Disgusting.

Pretty decent
I love sourdough bread but it's been difficult to find a sourdough that is also GF. I am glad I found this one. It stays fresh pretty long once defrosted, I keep it in the fridge after I open it to prevent molding. The taste is much better than other GF breads, it makes a great sandwich, doesnt fall apart easily, and is good for having toast as well. I think this is the only GF bread I will buy frozen from now on. Hopefully my store starts to stock it again, it's always out of stock in Aurora.
