Description
Ruffino Riserva Ducale Chianti Classico Red Wine is an iconic red wine blend named in tribute to the Duke of Aosta, who made Ruffino wine the royal supplier. This full-bodied Chianti wine opens with an elegant bouquet of violets, cherries, wild berries, and plums, followed by tobacco, clove, and eucalyptus nuances. The structure is bold, and the palate is balanced with delicate tannins and vibrant acidity. Riserva Ducale is made with carefully selected grapes that are fermented and macerated in stainless steel vats. The wine is then aged for 24 months in stainless steel vats and large oak casks. For the best flavor, store at room temperature, and then chill for 30 to 60 minutes before serving. This Italian red wine makes an excellent pairing with mushroom risotto or chicken cacciatore. I love a good chianti. It really goes well with pastas or steaks. We actually used to serve this wine in the restaurant that I worked at when I was much younger. It was pricy in the restaurant but much more reasonable at the grocery store.

All time favorite. Pair this with a lobster tail fra Diablo over linguine and I am a happy person. No better wine in my opinion. My father in law turned me on to this wine years ago and I will raise a glass in his memory at least once a year, God rest his soul. Terrific wine. Try it. You will not be disappointed

This is so good! Ruffing is my go to red wine. Just recently tried this red blend and it did not disappoint! My husband and I usually have different likes when it comes to robe and this one made us both happy. Not too dry and not too fruity. The perfect combo

This is our favorite Chianti of all time! We cook with it and of course enjoy drinking it. It’s very smooth and no after bite that some will give you. Very good price for how wonderful this wine is. Highly recommend trying it.

Good bottle of red
Good bottle of red for the price. Smooth with the right balance. Great with a steak! My preference is a bit dryer but still a good bottle at an affordable price. I would recommend it.
