No more slidding
This helps so much. I hate when rugs move. So I move purchased and repurchased this item. If you stick it to the rug itself, you can mo w the rugs and clean underneath for a deep clean. Then set it back down and just walk over the rug and it sticks back.

Doesnt hold for very long, wears out quickly
Doesn't hold after a couple of months. The tape accumulates fibers from the rugs and eventually loses its grip. This has happened with each rug used it on. Spend a little more for the good stuff.

Adhesive residue on floors
Doesn’t stick to the rug, just sticks to floors and leaves adhesive residue. The best rug gripper is the old school, yellow, cut-to-fit pad that has a tacky, non sticky texture.

Okay for half a year
This rug tape works for about 6 months and then it just doesn’t cut it anymore. I’m not sure if it is dirt, humidity or just movement on the surface that causes it to lose its hold, but I find myself replacing it more than I expected. However, for some rug situations (like a thin rug in the bathroom) it just seems to be the best option, so until I find something better I will continue to buy it.

Complete waste of money
This tape is literally the most worthless thing I’ve ever purchased. The tape doesn’t stick at all to the flat backing rugs *or* the hard surface flooring beneath. Save yourself the headache and extra trip, and just go with duct tape. This product is a joke.

Worthless, do not buy
This porduct will not stick to your rug or your floor. It won't prevent your rug from slipping. I'd rather eat a shoe than buy this again.

Love! Exactly What I Expected (Recommend Rug Tape, See Review)
Very cute, just what I was hoping for. I would call this rug more of a mustard yellow over a true orange - which is exactly what I needed to work in my kids’ bathroom. I know some reviewers didn’t recommend this rug because it was non-slip/grip, so I went in with this in mind. I have smooth tile in this bathroom, and the $6 Mohawk rug tape (from Target) works perfectly to alleviate this problem. I made sure to stick it over both the slight “lip” of the rug and the slightly recessed part, with each individual strip I cut, out over-caution (it may not need to be placed so precisely). It took 5 min, super easy. I also used this on an older OpalHouse rug from Target, that I kept in this BR - it’s been great. I’ll include a photo to show about how much I used, going around each petal (which may have been excessive?) I know this may be a little annoying when I go to wash it, but I weighed it before buying. I think it’s worth it - it’s so cute and happy!
