Tape not strong enough for heavy weight items
Simply didn't work for my project. I needed to mount a 3 tier shower caddy on my shower tile. The unit kept falling off of the tiled shower wall. The weight of my shower products was too much for this tape. I prepped the tile with alcohol before mounting the caddy.

PROS: very sticky, almost too sticky. Sticking hard paper board to corrugated box material and IT STICKS fast. To peel the liner off, I found cutting it with scissors, (not one big cut) but in little scrunching motion helped to loosen liner a little but also after cut to size, pull /stretch the end , and then apply to surface. Need finger nails to get the liner to lift. Takes some patience. CONS: needed certain length strips for my project. Each length cut was 15”-16” long at most. Ended up with 12 strips which is 192” inches max , div by 12” - yielded 16 ft. Who measures rolls unless for project. Me! False product description. Bad value.

The first Gorilla product I’ve tried and will be the last. I bought it to attach my smart doorbell to avoid drilling holes in the door. It sticks for about 30 seconds. Then I tried to use it to hang my Alex to the side of a kitchen cabinet. Nope. Don’t buy this.

Do not waste your money I got one of those little 7 dollar mirrors from target to hang my door. I brought this tape out it around the entire back of the mirror to make sure it was secure. 2 days later I’m still on my bed when I hear a loud crash I look over and the mirror is in on the floor and glass it all over when the mirror flew off the door it hit my 4 year old who was walking into the room thank god she wasn’t cut. My mom told me to try Alien tape I gave it a try and it is 100 times better my new mirror has been up over a month now with no issues so it’s super secure. Go with Alien tape you won’t be disappointed

I used it for my son’s wood name sign. It fell in the middle of the night and luckily did not wake my kid. It’s very very thin. And feels no better than duct tape. I wanted a think tape that I could use to hang his sign up but it’s so thin that I would have to roll it up to get it it to use and for that I can just get duct tape and roll that up. No better than scotch tape really.

Tried it in various ways on multiple types of materials; it lost its stickiness within 24 hours and came apart. - Tried to mount dashcam to windshield with it; cleaned and pressed down for maximum effectiveness. It fell down by next morning. - Tried to use it to attach a simple laminated label to a cable; label came off with the tape still attached on one side by next day. Will not reattach, even with new tape. - Tried to use it to attach a plastic clip to the table; fell off within 2 days. Extremely disappointed in this product. I usually trust Gorilla products but this was beyond useless, and now I have a entire roll I can't do anything with.
