I needed strong duct tape for an almost impossible repair project involving a favorite bird feeder. Basically, we needed to repair both sides of a convex dome, in multiple layers, covering giant holes that had eroded over time. Somehow, this tape was sticky enough to adhere to a non-smooth surface, exposed to the elements, and bought us enough time to look for a replacement bird feeder. I definitely think it did a better job than regular duct tape.

Gorilla tape is the best. So many things in my house are secretly secured with a little Gorilla tape. I just fixed the back of a frame with it instead of getting an expensive repair- I have no doubt it will stay on there FOREVER. I keep an extra roll of it in my car- the most useful thing ever.

Way better than duct tape. I tried using duct tape and it was difficult to tear by hand and didn’t stick. Switched to this tape and I won’t be going back to duct tape.

Gorilla's Gorilla Tape is thicker than the standard duct tape and much more adhesive. I keep a small amount in my backpacking pack for emergency repairs because it is so strong and adhesive.

Excellent tape. Sticks to almost anything and is very durable. It tears cleanly from the roll so scissors are not neede to cut it. It is also thicker than most similar tapes which makes it easy to work with. This brand will definitely be my “go to” from now on. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I absolutely love this tape! I've had an issue with the passenger side window of my car. The moter went out so the window won't go up. This tape is still holding fast weeks later! This is a nice thick duct tape, I have tried other brands and they tend not to stick I have a hole near a pipe under my sick that I can't get to with any other means besides duct tape and I have replaced the tape so many times, so I decided to change the tape I was using. I should have gotten this tape the first time, I think I would have spent about the same amount that I have invested in duct tape but saved time and hassle. It has been sticking very well and have not had to mess with it since I put it on. I love it and it has earned a place with my other tools [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

This tape is unbelievably strong! Try and pull it from both ends of a piece and it’s inpossible to break, yet when you need to rip a piece off it’s so easy. It’s super thick so it doesn’t contour some projects quite as well as the thin stuff. But if you need strong then this is the tape for you. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I used this to secure tenex fencing to the post in some sections. The cheaper, ordinary duct tape was just as adhesive as the Gorilla tape but at less than half the cost. I would not purchase this item again.
