Horrible.
Bought this to help with Chsirtmas wrapping. Horrible idea. It super hard to peel away the other layer, anbd its not that sticky. Also so easy to make mistake and end up ripping the paper.

Horrible tape
This doesn’t even stick crafts on a piece of paper without it falling apart two seconds later. For $7, I’d expect better.

Maybe ok for light paper to paper, otherwise this stuff is awful. You can't remove the peel off layer to expose the other adhesive side, and the adhesive is so weak you might barely even notice. Waste of money.

Never again
Absolutely worst tape I’ve ever used. Just the amount of handling you have to do to get the backing off makes this product completely unuseable. All the stickiness is gone by the time you get the backing off.

Most frustrating to use product in the world.
This may be the most useless product ever produced in the world. You used to provide double-sticky tape with nothing to remove. The removable process is tedious, time-consuming, frustrating. Perhaps you could house the designer (and whoever approved it for production and marketing) in separate rooms for 1 week with cases of the product to remove all backing. I will continue to buy Scotch branded items, but NEVER this one. Stop production now.

Not sticky
This tape doesn’t stick very well at all and the protective paper is hard to peel off because the tape doesn’t stick. When it does stick to something it doesn’t hold whatever you’re trying to stick on it.

Tape does not do the one thing its supposed to
What good is tape that does not actually stick? I bought this for a scrapbooking project because I ran out of my usual stuff and I am so incredibly disappointed in how this works. The bottom of the double sided tape never wants to stick and the top part that you're supposed to peal off sticks too much, so instead of peeling off the top layer, you end up peeling off the whole strip of tape. It's so frustrating to work with, the holder is virtually useless, and there's really just no point in buying this. Save your money, buy any other double sided tape, because this stuff sucks

I can't even get one piece of this silly back off of this tape!!! It is the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen and I have been using double sided tape for a long time. I would like you to give me my money back as I am throwing it in the garbage!!!!

Do not buy this tape,it dose not stick.
Do not waste your money this is extremely overpriced tape that dose not even stick. Could not even hold a paper up few minutes. Very hard to get off the roll and has no stick. If I could give it zero stars I would.

Doesn't hold up
This barely qualifies as tape at all. Basically you can use this if you need something to be held extremely temporarily. Less than 24 hours. In one case, it held for less than an hour. So maybe if you need to hold a stencil in place to use or something but definitely not for anything you need to stay where it is.

Good enough for me.
I don't know how so many are having trouble with this tape. Stick down the one side and peel off the backer, simple. Only looses a star because, while it worked for my purposes, I had to use a substantial amount more than my usual double sided tape. Packaging never claimed it worked for wood, but it worked well enough to finish my project.

Worthless.
Might be the most worthless tape I have ever used. I know it is supposed to be removable, but the only thing it seems to stick to with any level of hold is the cover for the top layer of adhesive.

how did this pass product testing?
it doesnt hold. anything. at all. the sweat from my hands is more sticky than this. waste of time and MASSIVE waste of money. id expect better quality from dollar stores

If I could give it No Stars, I would. I once had a roll double sided tape in a dispenser that didn't have that top piece called a protective barrier. I mistakenly thought that was what this tape was. That tape was good to the end of the roll. It's frustration beyond measure, removing the 'protective layer!' I was using two sewing pins trying to pry that protective layer off. All the handling that took place reduced the stickiness on the other side of the tape. In the garbage with this roll. What a disappointment.
