Scotch 1'x1' Clear DS Mounting Squares: Adhesive Double Sided Tape, Sticky Tack, 48 Clear Adhesive Strips

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product to test and review. I have not been able to find someone to test this for me. With arthritic fingers I cannot seem to be able even open the product inside. Cannot recommend for or against this product. This is a good idea.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are really strong clear mounting strips. I had a frame (very light), with a work memento in it. It was right over my new pipes, so instead of putting a hole in the wall and potentially the pipes I used this and it worked perfectly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product is very STRONG! Will hold quite a bit of weight and hold it tight. The product is a mounting tape. Make sure if you stick it on something you don’t plan on removing it. It grabs and doesn’t let go. Get it right the first time because you inly get one shot. It won’t let go! That is both good and bad.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are great quality! The size is good for a number of items, and being clear is a bonus. Of course having indoor/outdoor application is also a huge plus. For me these worked great for outdoor holiday decorations.

I received these Scotch clear mount tapes to try out and review. They were the perfect size to revive these gadgets! Double sided. Attached to my tiles with ease.

Very difficult to get both sides of the plastic cover off in order to use. Ends up stretching it so it is ugly and shows behind clear items.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Scotch Mount Clear Double-Sided Mounting Strips were a good way for me to do a little wall decor decoration for my wall. Before using this product I could not keep my decorations on the wall and they kept falling down. This product made putting up my wall decor very easy. I like that the product is clear and can hold up to six pounds. Also like that it comes in strips and there is no need to cut the product to use. My walls are kind of odd and I was worried that this product might night work due to the surface needing to be flat, my wall is somewhat flat but has a weird texture. The good news is that even with an odd type of wall, this product worked well. There are clear directions and three easy steps to follow. Now my wall decor is on the wall and looks cute. This will be the product I will use to finish decorating my walls with other wall decor that I have. **I was provided a sample of the Scotch-Mount Clear Double-Sided Mounting Strips from 3M**

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really appreciate the simplicity of these strips. They are easy to apply and work great outdoors. I used them for decorations in the back yard and they are surprisingly holding up VERY well in both the heat and the rainy weather. I used mine on metal, vinyl siding, and painted wood fence - all of them seem to be holding up quite well. These are very handy to keep on hand for both home projects and fix ups.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the product for free from 3M and used it to mount small tiled art (4 in. x 4 in.) onto a glass pane. The clear design looks fine on the white tile, and the bond is strong on contact. I applied it indoors and hope it lasts as the glass pane temperature changes with outdoor temperature; the specs say use is for 50-100 degrees Fahrenheit. There is a chemical adhesive smell to the product that dissipates quickly. I was able to remove the backing liner with some patience by sliding my fingernail between the tape and the liner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The mounting strips work fantastically. They hold strong and don't leave me concerned that my picture will fall. They are very clear so you could mount a clear container without seeing the adhesive behind it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall these were great! Applying the strips were easy. The only complaint is pulling the backing off of the strips once they’re on the object your hanging was a bit difficult. But I got it done with tweezers. It has held really good. I applied three just to be safe. I have used it for an acrylic divider to store my face moisturizer and creams in, as well as other small things like tweezers, nail clippers, etc. The hold is way better than I expected. And I love that they’re clear because you can’t even see it once it’s hung. Definitely recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These little double sided squares are great for hanging my suncatchers. The rubber suction hook things don't hold very well but these little squares work perfectly. Unfortunately I have no photos as my camera app has stopped working.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this to mount a metal plate to marble and so far, it feels very secure. I was hoping to use this product on a more porous material, but the directions say that it's designed for SMOOTH surfaces. The only downside of the mounting strips for me was that it took over a minute to remove the backing. I'm usually good at removing backing from stickers just with my fingernails, but this one was very challenging. Since one side of the backing is more easy to remove, I'd suggest first removing the difficult side or to attempt to pull up a corner before placing on your surface or item.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this Scotch Mount clear double-sided mounting strip for use on an indoor project. This product states it is to be used indoors and is designed for use on glass, tile, acrylic, and metal. It can be used to hold items of up to 6 lbs by using more strips to hold heavier items. I had a lightweight glass window ornament I wanted to hang on one of the window panes on my back door so I needed only one strip. The strips are sticky on both sides so I could apply it to the glass ornament and then to the window. The strip over one side with the red 3M was difficult to remove but the white strip covering the opposite side was easily removed. To remove the red 3M strip cover I had to use a sharp pointed end of my scissors to try prying up two of the corners of the 3M strip to try to remove it. I had to use a fine nosed hemostat to help lift it up and away and pull hard to remove it off of the sticky strip. Once the 3M strip cover was removed I could apply it to my ornament and press it in place. I then easily removed the white cover backing on the sticky strip and pressed the ornament easily to the window and pressed it in place. Once the ornament was applied you could not see the 3M strip through the glass. It was perfect to attach my glass object to my window pane. It was not easy to work with due to difficulty removing the clear red 3M clear sided cover on the strip. As sticky as it is I would use only on objects I wasn’t planning to remove from my original placement location.
