Description

WILL THIS REALLY HELP TO KEEP MY RUGS FROM CURLING?
Yes! Our rug grippers are designed to help keep rugs in place and prevent corner curling. They have a strong, two-sided grip that attaches seamlessly to the underside of your area rug and the topside of your hardwood floors.

HOW DO I APPLY THE GRIPPERS?
To use, simply peel and stick to your rug bottom and floor and press the rug down firmly. /!\ WARNING: To Prevent Falls: Place on clean, dry floor and smooth wrinkles. Make sure rug lies flat and stays flat with use. Do not use on stairs. Before using, test with foot to ensure it doesn't move.

WILL THEY BE VISIBLE UNDER MY CARPET?
No! The grippers measure only 1.12mm and stay hidden under rugs.

WILL THESE LOSE THEIR STICKINESS OVER TIME?
The grips were designed for long-lasting use. To reuse and renew the stickiness of the grippers, simply wipe down with a damp cloth and reapply when dry. Your grippers will be good as new.

WHERE CAN I PLACE THE GRIPPERS?
Our grippers have a unique design that allows for seamless placement on the corners of rugs, or on the sides of rugs, so you can help prevent curling and bunching anywhere!

Q: Can you use on vinyl flooring

submitted by KAD - 3 months ago

  • A: Hello and thank you for your question. While our product is intended to be safe for most floors, we do recommend testing a piece of the rug gripper in a small, inconspicuous area prior to use to be sure there are no problems. Check floor manufacturer’s directions before using to be sure rug gripper will not harm floor surface.

Q: Will this damage vinyl floors

submitted by CR - 2 months ago

  • A: Hello CR, Thank you for reaching out with your question! Vinyl flooring can vary quite a bit by finish and manufacturer, so we're not able to guarantee how our rug grippers will interact with every vinyl surface. We'd recommend checking with your floor manufacturer or testing on a small, inconspicuous area first before applying the grippers more broadly. Let us know if you have any other questions! Sincerely, The Gorilla Commerce Customer Service Team

Q: Will this work on an area rug on carpet? If not, do you have a recommendation?

submitted by simone - 2 months ago

  • A: Hello Simone, Thank you for reaching out with your question! Our rug pad gripper is designed for use on hard, smooth flooring, so it's not recommended for placing an area rug on top of carpet — the grip won't perform as intended in that setup. We don't have a specific alternative to recommend for that use case right now, but we're excited to share that we have new products launching soon. If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to reach out. Sincerely, The Gorilla Commerce Customer Service Team

Delayed delivery takibg way too long

Delivery for gorilla grip reusable rug gripper has been delayed for over 2 weeks. I don’t find an option to cancel the order. I’m only given the option to return it, but how can I return it if I’ve never received it. Frustrating 🤦🏻‍♀️
