Ryka Womens Candor Shoes

At first glance I loved the style, design and fit. I needed a minimalist shoe for bodyweight workouts and this one does it for me. My only con is the insole has zero arch support or cushion. So, I had to buy some memory foam insoles. If you have knee issues, don't walk in these without that cushiony support. I tried that I messed up my knees immediately. After recovering and adding the insoles, I had zero foot pain walking on the treadmill. My plantar fascitist always flares when walking. Not this time with these shoes. I would definitely recommend. Will certainly buy all the colors. Oh and I didn't buy wide with this style and should have just for a bit more room. Having size 11 wide feet. I prefer a shoes that give the narrow illusion. This one does. But, if you need that extra room. Go wide.

Great fit, as usual, and very comfortable. They do look a bit boxy, and the sole is also a bit sticky/tacky for use in dance aerobics.

These are very cute & trendy. I do dance fitness and would recommend these for low impact and strength work. The soles are a bit thin, but they work pretty well. They don’t have the cushioning that the trainers do, but they are ok. The suede & design is very cute. They fit me true to size.

I like the style and fit of this shoe. It is very comfortable. However, it is described as a good shoe for dance exercise. The rubber sole doesn't glide at all without dance socks. I have worn other Ryka Influence training sneakers that are work well doing Zumba, but these miss the mark

These are not very comfortable. Barely any arch support. I’ve only been wearing them for a few hours and my heel, arch and small toe are hurting a lot. Plus they feel a lot warmer than they look.

The design is spot on with these dance sneakers, but the w comfort level is less than perfect. The back of the sneaker comes in at a weird angle and rubs the back of my ankle. They are fine for lower impact dancing, but not as supportive as the high tops.
