The chocolate and graham cracker components of the S’mores Bark Crisps were delicious, providing a rich and satisfying flavor combination. However, the marshmallows were a disappointment. Instead of the soft, gooey texture you’d expect from s’mores, they were chewy, with a consistency more like hard gummy bears. Unfortunately, this took away from the overall experience. Given the price, I wouldn’t purchase this again, primarily due to the off-putting texture of the marshmallows.

These are SO good! I ate the entire bag in like 2 days, it was very hard to stop myself from eating them even faster. I love chocolate, I love s'mores, I love bark-style candy, and these were just fabulous. The pieces were mostly nice big perfect squares. The chocolate was PERFECTLY sweet, not super sweet like a lot of milk chocolates are but definitely not dark or bitter at all. The chocolate to graham/marshmallow ratio was just right, not too much or too little of anything. I LOVE them and I will 100% buy more anytime I'm at Target! If you know a chocolate or s'mores lover BUY these for them! They'd make a very nice gift.

Fun to eat
The barks are generous and have a nice combination of textures. To me the chocolate taste a bit cheap and I would have liked more marshmallows and grahams in the bark. One of my sons loved it and gave a 10/10, kept asking for more. My other son was “meh” and he is a kid who loves chocolate and s’mores. He agreed on the more marshmallows too.

Not quite the s’mores of my childhood
I love ANYTHING s’mores, but unfortunately, these are the exception. They sounded amazing but didn’t live up to the expectation in my mind (and my mouth!). First of all, they looked pretty rough out of the package. I’m assuming this is from getting tossed around during shipping? The picture shows a beautiful s’mores bark that I thought would look great on a dessert tray, however, they looked kind of crumbly and grayish (?) rather than a deep chocolate. The taste isn’t terrible but it seems like a cheaper chocolate was used. It left a filmy feel/taste in my mouth. I gave it 3 stars only because my husband liked them, however, he said they needed more marshmallows. I agree.

These s’mores bark crisps are delicious with no campfire needed! A yummy mix of milk chocolate, mini marshmallows, and graham cracker pieces. I love that they’re pre-cut into squares for easy serving. Great for a sweet treat serving at a gathering!
