Saalt Leakproof Cotton Sleep Shorts - Super Absorbency - Black

Leaked within the first hour on a light day. So embarrassing. I would of had more protection if I wore regular underwear. Don’t buy waste of money.

I was dragging my feet for a long time but finally decided to give these underwear a try after 25 years of pads and tampons. I bought two pairs to try and after just two days immediately ordered several more. They are game changers and make having my period SO much easier. My only regret is not having made the switch sooner.

I was really disappointed with these. I put them on thinking they’d fit similarly to my other sally products of the same size and they were so tight! Additionally within two hours of wearing them I had leaked through. I definitely wasn’t bleeding THAT much.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the sleep shorts because I liked that they have full coverage up the back side for sleeping on my back (without any other period products). Most times when I wear these on day 2 I bleed right through them after three hours of sleep because the area right below the vaginal opening is so narrow/has such minimal fabric. It would be great if they extended the absorbent fabric to the left and right onto the leg part to have more absorbency in that area to prevent bleeding through the fabric. I don’t think these are very useful for heavy flow nights, and the coverage going all the way up the front to the belly button is useless because we don’t bleed up there! Comfy short for wearing around the house in medium days but I was disappointed in that it did not fulfill my need for heavy nighttime coverage.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very cute lime green color. They feel comfortable and fit true to size. I wore them for 3 hours and they already leaked to the side of my thighs. The underwear had a lot of coverage for the front and back but because the natural design of boy shorts, you’re going to always have it leak out between your cooch and thighs cause of the pressure your legs create when you sit or walk. If the design had that pad to cover that part too, it would be a10/10

The 50 dollar sleep shorts, although they are the same size I ordered for the underwear, are too big and have no "seal" and leak like crazy. . . making them useless for sleep shorts. The underwear seams are in the most ridiculous place in the front and should have about 2-3 more inches of coverage. Considering other brands are selling period underwear for less than 10 bucks a peice, I'll never purchase from here again. They certainly aren't worth what you charge for them when I still have to use other forms of protection with them. I also feel soggy all day. I like the material however on the underwear I ordered.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these Sleep Shorts from Saalt Co. ! They’ve been a total game-changer for me overnight. The absorbency is amazing—no leaks, no worries, and I feel super secure wearing them to bed. They’re reliable, hold up great after washing, and give me peace of mind during heavier nights. The only reason I’m giving them a 4. 9 instead of a full 5 stars is because when I first put them on, they feel a little scratchy. It’s nothing unbearable, and I know that’s just how cotton can be sometimes, but I definitely notice it. Once they’re on and I’m moving around, I usually forget about it. I really wish they made these in their Comfort Collection fabric! That material is SO buttery soft—if they had the Overnight style in that, it would be perfect. Overall, these are hands-down the best overnight period undies I’ve tried. Highly recommend!

Post children my flow is a little heavier but not insane so these work great for overnight or even throughout the day if I’m wearing sweatpants lol. Would recommend!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to replace my Thinx sleep shorts with these, but the width of the gusset was an issue. The gusset reaches from basically my bellybutton to the top of my butt, but that doesn't stop it from leaking from the sides while I am sleeping. If anyone else has heavy periods during the night, I would look elsewhere. I do, however, like the other three pairs I bought for daytime use! They're comfortable and I haven't had an issue with leaking yet. Also 5 stars for Saalt's return policy :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to bleed through a super plus tampon and a super pad. . . . now I just wear my sleep shorts and can sleep through the entire night without worrying about a leak! These are super thick, so probably not for daytime wear. . . . but definitely a staple in my period collection for bedtime!

When I saw these, I had to give them a try! Great overnight coverage and very comfortable. True to size. My only complaint is I wish the absorbant pad was wider through the crotch area and back.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These underwear do hold a lot of blood, but the fabric on the sides of the absorbency feels thin. It regularly bunches up and does not stay put. I wish these underwear had a thicker or more compressed material.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These worked really well, but they did run a bit small compared to the underwear. We tried to return them before using, but Saalt said keep them and gave a refund. We will definitely be ordering the next size up.
