I ordered 3 Sabre Pepper Gel Black. One came with a dent in the canister; one was an older version (Gold Lettering with a much shorter expiration date) than the other 2. - Very disappointed and unhappy.

Peace of mind in a can
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I recently got the SABRE pepper spray gel, in exchange for my honest opinion; and I have to say, I feel so much safer carrying it around. What I like most about it is that it’s a gel, not a spray, so it’s less likely to blow back in your face if there’s wind. That was always a concern for me with regular sprays. It’s also super easy to carry – small enough to fit in my bag or pocket, and the flip-top safety is reassuring because I know it won’t accidentally go off. The range is pretty impressive too; it can reach up to 12 feet, which is perfect for keeping distance in a dangerous situation. I haven’t had to use it (thankfully), but I did test it out, and it sprays a strong, focused stream. Knowing it’s powerful and trusted by so many people really gives me peace of mind. If you’re looking for something reliable and effective for self-defense, I think this is a great choice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While I haven't had to use this product, I do very much enjoy the extra feeling of security by having it in my possession. It is very simple to use, which is great for emergency situations, and the locking it nice to not accidently press it! That being said, the top is not very secure and comes off easily, which I feel is a big problem, especially given the type of product it is. Overall, it's a great product, but it just needs a minor tweaking for the top!

Safe and Keeps You Safe
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pepper gel spray seems very sturdy. I like that it comes with a clip to attach to your bag, pants loophole, or even on your jacket/shirt. It’s very convenient for late night walks or runs. I also like that it’s a gel and not liquid in case of winds, it is better to use and avoid it spraying onto yourself.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Sabre Pepper Gel is peace of mind in a compact, lightweight form factor! From the pictures, you can tell this canister is incredibly portable and not much larger than the chapstick or small sample-size lotion I already carry with me everywhere. We chose gel because it shoots further (20% more distance), is less impacted by wind, and is much more likely to not negatively impact the user. We (fortunately) haven't had to use this product yet, but always carry it with us when we feel unsafe. We've already purchased others just for the peace of mind it brings. Would recommend!

Small but Effective
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not so sure, but this seems effective, as I haven't had to use it quite yet! However, the spray is an organish gel that is perfect so you know where you've aimed to hit! The twist spray nozzle makes it easy, and quick to use in case of emergency! You can wear this on the side of your jeans as it has a side grip for holding closely on yourself and is small enough to fit into your purse! I'm positive that those with PTSD or who live within criminally populated areas, such as large cities would love to have these in order for their own protection and safety! Highly recommend picking it up as it, will definitely fend off, in most cases the predators who are likely to come too close!

Defense in a small package

This spray is so convenient with the size and safety of it. I don't worry that it will go off accidentally, but I also know it will be easily used if I ever need it.

It's pretty pungent which makes me think that the effectiveness of will be pretty good. It's also very easy to access.I think it's metal and I think it's pretty good quality.
