Disappointed
My bag arrived with the strap kinked in several places. Not able to completely remove the kinks. I have never been disappointed like this with past orders! Also, I did not like the finish on the bag. It is very “stiff”. So overall, I am not happy with this bag. Will be sending back!

Cute but poorly made
I've had it eight months and the stitching at the top near the zipper is coming out and the zipper is coming loose. That location would not be due to anything I've done. Disappointing! Cute bag though with a good amount of pockets.

Almost the perfect bag!
I bought this yesterday from a local department store, but was looking for a lighter color (like taupe) and didn't want another black bag. This one called to me because it's a nice size for me at 5' 3" tall, and I tend to carry too many "essential" items, so I need a medium sized bag like this. I expected it to be heavier because of the lovely imprinted design, but it isn't! And I love that this isn't another plain, black bag. However, I was hoping to find another color here, and would then return my black purchase to the store. I'm sad to find The Sak made this in black only. The reason I took off 1-star is because of the black lining---making it difficult to find things in the bag. I love the owl tassel and plan to keep it attached!

Wanted a less boring black purse
I have several Sakroots purses, including this one in another color. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because one of the zipper pulls already came off. I am working with customer service to do an exchange.
