[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great Size. I am 5’5” size 12 and this backpack is just the right size. It fits quit a bit of stuff and has ample pockets. I love how the straps stop at a good spot when carrying it over one shoulder. The straps in general are really great. The one less than fantastic thing is that the straps will cut in a bit when bag is heavy. Of course it looks great.

I was pleasantly surprised when I received it. It is lightweight to start, and has multiple compartments which is great. But I LOVE the convertible handle, so easily can be switched to carry as a handbag. Genius design!

It is a great rich brown color with beautiful embossing on the front of the backpack. I love how the straps can be converted to a cross body style as well. I definitely recommend this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this backpack. It's a great size, wonderful for travel, super cute and practical. My only recommendation would be to have fabric on the back so it can sit on your luggage handle without having to worry about it falling. Otherwise, 10/10

Smaller than I anticipated; two include the size of the side pockets. Nonetheless, a standard thermos cup can fit perfectly. I liked that the cushion that divides the laptop area is actually a pocket and I definitely appreciate the pocket in the back. I makes it easy to reach for last minute things when it’s on my back. I would love to see a side pocket across from that one. And I’ve course would love to see two side pockets that could accommodate two different size thermoses. I love the free flowing of the straps, making it easier for me to hang my book bag up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice make but doesn't hold form so bunches down making zips hard to get into when worn over shoulder as a bag. Front pocket could be bigger/taller and dual zip would be better. Also phones that are on the larger side don't fit internal pockets leaving only the front pocket or floating around- super annoying. Ultimately I do like it but it could be better. The smaller bags similar are much better in holding form but same pocket sizing issues.
