For best results, use at the first sign of symptoms of a cold or flu and continue to use for an additional 48 hours after symptoms subside.

Adults and Children 4 Years of Age and Older

Dissolve entire tablet in mouth. Do not chew. Do not swallow whole. Take one tablet at the outset of symptoms. Repeat every three hours.

    I have tried every form of Sambucol and they are all good. Kids like gummies, hubby likes syrup, and I like drink mix or tablets. Capsules are extra if I run out of other forms.

    Natural, safe and convenient

    It's easy to have a box available for when you need it, and easy to take it along with you. I have been using black elderberry extract for years, and this product is a homeopathic remedy, different from the regular liquid/syrup, that is an additional product worth having for times when I need it.

    I was so impressed with Homeopathic Temporary Cold & Flu Symptom Relief Tablets. Who knew something so small could pack such a powerful punch!?! To begin with I didn't think it would help.
