Adults and Children 4 Years of Age and Older
Dissolve entire tablet in mouth. Do not chew. Do not swallow whole. Take one tablet at the outset of symptoms. Repeat every three hours.Do not use if blister seal is broken. Active ingredients are monographed and microdiluted in accordance with the Homeopathic Pharmacopoeia of the United States.

I have tried every form of Sambucol and they are all good. Kids like gummies, hubby likes syrup, and I like drink mix or tablets. Capsules are extra if I run out of other forms.

It's easy to have a box available for when you need it, and easy to take it along with you. I have been using black elderberry extract for years, and this product is a homeopathic remedy, different from the regular liquid/syrup, that is an additional product worth having for times when I need it.
My favorite product they make!

I was so impressed with Homeopathic Temporary Cold & Flu Symptom Relief Tablets. Who knew something so small could pack such a powerful punch!?! To begin with I didn't think it would help. I didn't start taking until after the cold had me, but I will say the effects are impressive. Now the cold is starting to clear, I find your product helping it along. Helping me clear residual mucus. Thank you for a nice tasting product that works.
