For me it has been a disappointing experience, the charger takes a long time to charge. When my cell phone reaches 74 percent, it stops charging. I bought it and I don't even use it anymore. Even my Samsung watch takes a long time to charge. I do not recommend anyone to use this wireless charger.

With Fast Wireless Charging, you can now do this even faster. If you notice that your phone is only charging to a certain percentage, please ensure that your wireless charger is receiving a proper charge using an authentic Samsung charging cable and adapter. Additionally, check that Battery Protection is turned off. To do this, make sure the switch next to "Protect battery" or "Battery protection" is turned off; the switch will appear gray when it is off. If this option is enabled, your device will not charge past 85%. Additionally, ensure that your watch battery is optimized to charge fully and that your device is compatible with wireless charging. Position the device in the center of the charging pad, ensuring there are no obstructions. I really like this charger. It cleaned up my nightstand, charges fast, and looks great. My only complaint is that it can be a little finicky about the placement of devices on it in order to initiate charging (especially the Galaxy Bud Pro case). Maybe the next generation can have subtle divots or a snap-on guide plate or something.

I like that this works for 2 phones and a watch at the same time. (I have F23FE and Galaxy 6 watch). It charges through my case but the case is pretty thin. YMMV 4 stars bc it does what I need but unfortunately is not a fast charger.

I won't have bought it if I had read reviews, but I took the risk and it works great for me. I have 3 phones. Charges my S25 Ultra and Pixel 8a. It overheat my Pixel once because the phone accidentally shifted so the it lay across the phone charger part and the watch part. Once I fixed this, normal charging resumed. No issues charging my watch and buds. It doesn't charge my Pixel buds and doesn't charge my Samsung A (forgot the series #). The other inconvenience - won't call it a con - is that it took a minute to get the position of the phone and the earbuds to charge. I would expect for the slots to be marked to aid positioning. After countless readjustments, I finally mastered the placement. I think this might be why people that are not patient enough say it doesn't work.

If you use this charger with the new Galaxy Buds3 Pro, the charger will not be able to charge through any case including the official Samsung Clip Case. Instead, you'll need to take the earbuds out of the case, and precisely place the charging coil very tediously over the exact spot it needs to be placed in order to charge at 5W (this takes forever).

Serious Internal Defect,failed insulation on coils

Compete junk, unfortunately. This never charged properly and it still doesn't. Tried different chargers, cables, phones. Dissasembled and found that the coil wire insulation was failing inside the device. Of the 4 wires that connect the power electronics over the top and become the 2 coils, all 4 had degraded insulation where they made the 2x 90° turns on top. I didn't even have to look hard, copper is visible on all 4. This is a serious and obvious manufacturer defect and I would welcome a refund.

I havnt even used mine for a whole year. Called and of course it's out of warranty. It lights up 2 yellow blinking lights and thats it! Googled what that means and apparently its in abort mode...whatever that means. Will not charge anything with or without a case. Samsung states you can take it an authorized dealer that fixes them, but none of them would fix a wireless charger. Save your money! It doesn't work! Disappointed in SAMSUNG.

I cannot relate to the bad reviews at all. It works fantastic for me. It charges my Fold 6, Watch Ultra, Galaxy Ring, Galaxy Buds Live, and Galaxy Buds3 Pro. I can now charge 3 devices simultaneously. The only downside in my opinion is that the charging cord is a little short. I would prefer at least 6 foot. Aligning devices is not that difficult - maybe in the dark it would be a challenge. I love it!

I would not recommend getting this wireless charger trio. Why? Because it's frustrating to keep moving different devices around until it can charge, also, the yellow blinking light came on after I stopped using it for a while. There was no damage whatsoever; the charger just decided not to work on me.

Works as advertised. Most of all, I must use the 25W AC adapter came with it. Other smaller than 25W of AC adapter does not work properly. I am so happy still after years of use.

I bought this just after getting my S24 Ultra and Watch 6. The products work great; however, the camera (though awesome to use) is too big and protrudes too far so it doesn't lay flat. Because it does not lay flat and the coils do not align, it does not charge my phone. Not worth the purchase for me

I have this charger by 3 years. It's really good. I can charger my Galaxy, ear buds, and watch at the same time. The only bad things I can see is the price. But I bought it with Samsung points. By the way. U need a Super Fast Charge to use it. I saw few coments about the light, and I check my charger with different a fast charger and the yellow lights came on. Before give the coment, make sure to do everythings correct. I totally recoment this awesome charger. Have in mind the charge is for 3 device, so for fully charge u have to wait around 1 more hr on phone.

Works very well and has good fast charging. It doesn't work with certain devices, I'm not sure if that's based on the wireless tech or not, but it fails to charge my Galaxy Watch (1st gen). Also only works with the Samsung specific cable/brick. I'm not sure if that's intentional or not, because I have fast chargers that work just as well as the Samsung set, but won't work.
