The sound is clear and good. However, these headphones continue to fall off your years. Creates a terrible experience. Does not hold well. It is too sensitive to the touch. Sometimes it will just pause the music playing without me touching it. Extremely disappointed as these are my first Galaxy headphones. Finally, they do not even let you return them so that also was another bad experience and service. There is no trail period.

Great buds but cases issues early on

Initially, I had some issues with the noise cancellation doing some weird stuff but that has been remedied with updates. The sound itself is great, the 360 degree sound is an awesome feature. The sound quality on calls is a bit tinny from what I can tell but it does a great job at cancelling ambient noises around me so the caller can hear me clearly. These could use some better tips to fit in the ear but they stay put okay. My biggest issue right now is the case. It worked great for the first couple of months but the battery life, after only a little over 4 months, has dropped off significantly. Additionally, the wireless charging has stopped working altogether. I've tried submitting a claim but keep getting an error when I get to the final page to submit and it says to call customer support. I may update this with a higher rating if I can get this resolved but it shouldn't have these issues in such a short period of time. None of the previous models had this issue.

I've had these buds for about a month and I am very very pleased with them so far. I previously had Bose sport earbuds and they never fit in my ears. The fit with these are MUCH better. They are not absolutely perfect (hence the 4 stars) but I do not need to adjust them much and they are so light I barely notice them. The smart switch between my phone and Tab S8+ works flawlessly and is super convenient. The case is super compact and the battery life is good so I've noticed I'm wearing them more than my Bose NC 700 over the ear headphones. The noise cancelling isn't as good compared to those but exceeded my expectations. I am happy with the sound quality as well. Overall I definitely recommend this product to anyone with a Samsung phone or other products.

Bought this at the end of September. Upgraded from an older Bud. As of this review, I've had these Buds2 Pro for about 3.5 months. I love the convenience of charging in the case and the Ambient Sound monitor. I have other ear buds that don't offer Ambient Sound. I prefer the ability to monitor ambient sound for safety. The audio quality on the Buds2 Pro are great with nice highs and deep bass. I've gone running with them. Occasionally, I will need to twist them on a little bit to keep a nice snug fit. The case is a different story. Samsung uses some matte plastic that has a rubbery feel to it. The plastic coating on the top half of the case is different from the bottom half and has start to degrade. It has started to become tacky and sticky like some old rubbery plastic that been around for years. The bottom half still feels matte and smooth like it was when new. Wished they didn't use this awful material. 3.5 months of use and the case feel horrible and looks horrible.

Fits weird, they keep falling out. And unlike previous models they don't come with different sized ear thingies. I traded in my galaxy buds+ for them and to be honest, I wish I hadn't. There's no jump in sound quality or anything like I was expecting and they fit way more awkwardly than the buds+. 2 stars that they exist and perform the bare minimum. Noise cancelation only works if you have both in; which is a let down if you're like me and your primary use for them is to listen to things while doing things and need to have one ear open. Also, unlike the galaxy buds+, it's been pointed out to me by several people near me that they can hear what I'm playing. Which is another huge strike. Before, no one could hear anything. But that's what happens when there's no perfect seal like previous models. They're fine, I'm just pretty let down.

You can also enable the ANC feature while wearing just one bud. This is not the default setting so prior to starting your music or other media you simply tap and hold the bud in your ear until you hear the tone and the ANC has been enabled. I really wanted to love these they were a gift and I am a loyal Samsung customer. They do not stay in the ear constantly falling out I have tried different types of ear plugs with them with no luck. Due to them always falling out I have to turn off the touch controls because of having to push them back in. They also disconnect alot while in the middle of private conversations it is very inconvenient. The battery life isn't that great as well. I miss you old buds very much save your money peeps.

Buds 2 vs Buds 2 Pro

When comparing the Buds 2 Pro to the Buds 2, there is not a significant difference in sound quality, but the Buds 2 Pro does have a slight boost in the lower bass frequencies and more prominent treble in the 'air' range. The Buds 2 Pro also has better active noise canceling, but its passive noise canceling is not as effective as the Buds 2. The ambient mode may be a bit better on the Buds 2 Pro, but it can vary from person to person. Despite this, the Buds 2 Pro is still a great in-ear headphone with a comfortable fit and improved control of lower bass frequencies. However, it is a disappointment that it is not available in the dark green color option offered by the Buds 2, and its passive noise canceling is not as good. On the other hand, the touch control on the Buds 2 Pro is significantly better than that of the Buds 2. Overall, the Buds 2 Pro is worth it.

Love the look of the purple buds. I am casual wearer. I cannot work out in these things, I've changed the tips, watched the video on proper fit but they keep falling out. When you try to adjust them they take you trying to adjust it as a command and either pauses whatever you're listening to or hangs us on your phone call. If they fit better, I'd love them. The sound, when it stays, it's fine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] for the price i expected something better, and would give it 2 stars if not for really amazing sound quality. i traded-in my samsung galaxy buds plus after 2 years, those were great in many ways. pros: good sound quality, useful controls on phone widget, easy to configure controls options. cons: battery life is disappointing (about 3.5 hrs) compared to my buds plus and a few other buds i used, they constantly fall out from my ears (fins similar to buds plus would be helpful), voice activated noise cancellation and sound reduction works about 50% of the time, case doesn't have charge % indicator (available even on really cheap sets).

Got these to replace the original Galaxy Buds I purchased several years ago that have served me well. Fit is fine, software is fine pairing was easy. The battery on one of the Buds was defective out of the box. Since I purchased around Thanksgiving it was past the normal return period so the only option was to send them in for service. In about 2 charging cycles of use the sound was a vast improvement over the original buds and noise cancellation is good. The fact that one of the buds had a battery issue that didn't present itself until after the case had stopped charging them was concerning along with having to send a product in for service with only a few hours of use as opposed to getting a replacement sent.

I got the graphite ones two days ago and love them, they sound great, and I've had to turn on voice detect because of the noise canceling being so good, that I can't hear people talk, if I have the ac on, I put these in, turn on ANC, and it's gone.
