DO NOT BUY if you have small ears. I had these for less than 24hrs I was extremely disappointed. They look and sound very nice, but unfortunately I wasn't able to have the best experience with them due to the bad fit. They're too big for my ears so they were loose and would slip out every minute. Impossible to enjoy the sound quality due to the bad fit as well. Really loved the stem design but unfortunately it did not help with the fit. I couldn't even wash my hands without them falling out. Also they're not waterproof at all. Too many big tech companies discriminate against people with small ears and small heads and unfortunately Samsung is one of them.

Regrettably, my experience has not been entirely positive. The earbuds themselves felt somewhat uncomfortable, and the fit in my left ear was a bit awkward. Consequently, I will be returning them.

These were purchased on impulse during a promotion to turn in my buds2 pro in exchange for a discount on what I was thinking was getting an upgraded model or version. These are horrifically terrible, the design is terrible. They don't stay in my ears, and fall out just walking about. Yes I've watched and researched how to wear them properly. These are just not meant for everyone's ears, your mileage will vary. Hoping I can get them returned ASAP before I have to send in my buds2 pro which fit snuggly. Buyer beware.

To ensure a proper fit for your earbuds, first check the bottom of each earbud for directional marks, identifying "L" for the left bud and "R" for the right bud. Insert the right earbud (with the "R" facing you) into your right ear and the left earbud (with the "L" facing you) into your left ear. Angle the microphone on the bottom of the earbud slightly so it points toward your mouth rather than straight down. I ordered a pair and I wore them the first time and I went to charge them and it said moisture or debris in the case, I sent them back because the left one would not charge at all. And then I got the new pair and wore them the first time, and I didn't have a problem with the right one, but it did say moisture or debris in the Case. So if you don't let them set and dry out, really good after you wear them when you're sweating, then they have moisture in them, and it causes problems. This seems to be a problem because then you cannot use them back-to-back after you charge because you have to wait a while before you can charge. Definitely an inconvenience. I've always like Samsung headphones because they fit good in your ear and they don't use the rubber. I've seen the pros have the rubber, so I did not buy them. It rubber hurts my ears and seems to push air in and put pressure on my eardrum, and it's irritating.

When walking or working out the buds become lose and in many occasions they fall out of ear. Buds work great if you are sitting still or laying down. So if you are an active person I do not recommend.

These are ear buds continually fall out with minimal talking or movements. If you do any outside activities with moderate movements or the slightest perspiration they will fall out. Ive tried every way possible to fit and watched numerous videos. Your best bet is to not buy. As well as you can't even trade in for the pro version. I honestly cannot see where these earbuds are viable in any situation.

The buds are nice but honestly one ear was hurting after being on a call for over an hour. The call was clear but I think I'd recommend the buds pro with the cushion tip.
