Band came with no instructions on installation, don't see how it can be installed without blocking the pulse sensor. Very cheap quality, preferred the silicone band my original Gear Sport watch came with.

Better than the silicon bands!

I've had this band for several months, now. I wish there were more colors available, though. I bought it because the only option available when I bought my watch was the silicon band (or the hybrid, which still puts the silicon next to your skin) which frequently resulted in my wrist itching and a rash developing every time there was any moisture involved (I'm menopausal - sweat happens!). At least with this band, I don't have that problem. But we still need more cloth or fabric options! Or even leather!

Broke soon. Band is comfortable and looks great. It 's only bad at holding a watch. One of the little pins that stick into the holes in the watch sheared off. I'm lucky I noticed it while putting it on and didn't lose the watch. I'm also lucky the broken pin fell out of the hole instead of blocking it.

i just got my galaxy watch 5 today and noticed that i did not like the sport band that came with the watch. i had ordered the medium black velcro band with the watch incase the reviews were right about the sport band. i just put the other band on and found that the velcro closure helps to keep the sensor next to my wrist, and allows me to have it lose enough to not move. i highly recommend this watch band. i have two others coming in soon for backup use while hiking and working out.
