Perfect case
Deteriorates with time but an amazing case. The ring is a life-saver in mosh pits. Gives enough protection without making it too bulky, just beware of dropping the phone on its hinge as it will likely brake the entire thing.

Lasted 10 months.
Lasted almost a year. You can decide if the price is worth 10 months of use before the loop broke and cracked, broke off.

Good case, bad durability
Purchased a few weeks ago and a piece of the case has already come off. Overall a good feel and case but not very durable.

Great Case; NOT Pretty in PINK
I've had this case for 10 months and I love it. I have not had any of the issues the other reviews mentioned. I've tried a couple of other cases and always go back to this one. My only complaint is that the Pink one is most definitely not pink as pictured. It's almost like a barely there pinkish cream. It also gets dirty easily. I wish they had a true pink and/or a few other colors. I plan on buying the green one.

Can't live without this case
I have had this case 6 months and love it. The ring has prevented me from dropping my phone, as I usually have a cracked screen within a month and haven't dropped my phone once since having this case. I put my phone on my finger and carry coffe with one hand. I'm coming back to buy another because the case does not hold up to puppy chewing well, but it did (thankfully) protect my phone.

The Flip3 case is better! I do not recommend!
I wrote a review earlier this week, giving this case a generous 2 stars. After using it this week, and the case sliding off continually, and the ring getting stuck trying to open the case almost every time, I've changed my review to a 1 star. Samsung Support was nice enough to tell me I wasn't putting the case on correctly. I didn't realize that sliding half a case onto a phone was that complicated lol. Unfortunately, Samsung won't let me edit my original review.

Nice but one piece slides off.
Case looks nice and feels good in hand, but after a couple months on of the two pieces slides off and comes off too easily. It won't snap into place securely

Dangerous! Randomly Turns Volume up to 10!
O like the look and fit of this case, but mine had a serious flaw. When it is just sitting on a table charging, it randomly turns the volume up to 10. If the volume is controlling my home stereo, the entire system turns up throughout my house. If I'm wearing headphones or earbuds, I have to tear them off before it hurts my ears. Terrible product that you should avoid.

I would not recall this case
I kept my Flip3 case on my Flip4 as long as I could, then it started rip, so I had to change it. The Flip4 case is not a pliable as the Flip3. The covers are not connected like the Flip3, and they are continually slipping down. I'm also frequently having to push the top cover back on, or my volume buttons don't work. I liked the design and feel of the Flip3 case much better.

Good case with key ring
I bought this for my Flip4 because it seemed better than the not so great hard plastic case with the ring that came with the Flip3. It is much better!! It's sturdy and it's definitely protected my phone. I put the ring on my finger when I'm holding the phone all the time and so far so good. Another reviewer said it's not good when you're trying to put it in your pocket or taking it out and that is correct. And it also collects pet hair lol. But the function is perfect.

i really wanted to like this case because i love the green color. unfortunately, the two pieces that make up the case are noticeably different shades of green and its very annoying.

Good case! Bogus reviews!
I've had few cases thru the years and This is hands down best flip case. Period. People who are complaining about it expect not to see any wear and tear, they are unreasonable, that why you buy a case. I don't know what they expect. So silly. Buy it!

Silicon pulls away
The silicon cover protects well but the silicon covering starts to pull away from from the plastic cover by the on/off button. Tried to fix with adhesive but won't stick.

False Sense Of Security
just about everything is perfect with this case except the false sense of security it provides. the "key ring" feature begs you to slide your finger into it and hold the phone in your palm; like holding keys. about 2 hours ago, i was holding the phone that way along with some plastic grocery bags full of groceries. i went to set some of the bags down on the garage floor from about 12 inches and the phone came off my finger behind the groceries. the case protected all of the phone perfectly except the hinge which now has some chips on it. i can't imagine having this case for any amount of time and not ending up with some damage to the hinge. needless to say, pretty sad here :(

Color is off, but good case
the color in person definitely does not match the picture. while the photo shows a light blush pink color, in real life i found the color to be more towards beige/champagne. case quality is otherwise good, but may want to reconsider buying this if you want a true pink case.
