I bought this LG v20 going on 6 years ago. It is still kicking. I'm going to keep using it until it dropped the dead because I need to get to the battery it has fixed issues in the past doing a cold boot and that is very handy being a technician. That option should have never went away. The other option that should have never went away was the biosensor in the back where the power button is. That was perfect right women index finger stays I have a little nerve damage and besides that it's in the perfect spot. I use Norton app lock and I don't need to be touching with my other hand to the front of the phone every app I open. I wish they would keep what people like and stop messing around with Megan and more difficult for customers. Okay back to after having my phone for 6 years I had a little trouble finding a new battery but I found one that words like the original so far. I think because people are buying ones that are sitting on the shelf too long and don't buy made in USA. It's just the way it is today. Also buy lithium ion battery only make sure you see a picture of the front and back and if there is a/ then make sure it says lithium ion/ion. I got tricked on one because I couldn't see the back of it but I went by there instructions and they said lithium ion. But when I got it the part that didn't show me said lithium ion/poly. Polymers reduce the power of the phone buy a lot this battery didn't last nowhere near the original one and it was an extended 5400 milliamp compared to the 3200 milliamp

I upgraded to this model and so happy I did. This phone has so many nice features and is very easy to use. The battery saver mode is fantastic. It more than doubles battery time without significant effect on functions. Battery removal is light years ahead of iPhone.

I bought this cell phone a month ago and I'm very happy with it. I had previous LG phones and was always happy with them. It's to bad LG stop making cell phones.

This is a great phone. Great features. Nothing to say negative at all. Best Qualities- Removable cover and battery replacement. Second screen. If I had to find only one negative thing to say about it it is putting the fingerprint sensor and the power button on the back of the phone. Otherwise this is a perfect phone. I would have liked to see its features included on the VS60 Thin Q.

I have had it about 2 weeks. I upgraded from a LG v10. Only problem is battery life I have ordered a backup battery.

I have had this phone for almost 3 years - I got it when it first came out. We are on Verizon. It has been great - until recently. The phone just turns off at random percentages - from 20% to 65%...even one time as high as 72%. No warning at all - just goes black. I don't know if I need to get another battery or if it is time for a new phone. I've been pleased to get 3 years out of this phone with no other problems. Has anyone else had this issue?

This phone has many features but I got an unlocked one. I wish I could get the "verison Bloatware off it.

Purchased to upgrade and I'm happy so far. I bought an unlocked phone but it still has a lot of verizon bloat ware I wish it was easy to remove.

Fast and works great for me. The battery on it is ok (could be improved) but overall I recommend this phone Love the screen at the top and all the lil features it has

The camera leaves a lot to be desired since so many of the pictures are grainy on both front and rear cameras. And don't even get me started on the battery. Better carry a charger on you wherever you go or invest in a power bank because you're going to need it. I can't tell you how many times this phone died on me in just a few hours (4 max) with moderate use. I can't even imagine if someone used their phone heavily.

I'm not a power user (daily personal use), but there are very few features that are not working out. Sound clarity is beautiful (though i wish it were a bit louder for listening in the car); camera is good (not so great at night shots); screen resolution is amazing; huge plus is MicroSD slot (I downloaded my entire music library to a 64GB card), and removable battery - though the original one is still holding a charge; easy to use, lots of customization options, fast processor; love the fingerprint/wake button on the back (vs side); in the last 15 months phone has crashed/frozen once (impressive). Still unsure about the 2nd screen on top - i use it, but probably could have lived without and simply installed an additional row of apps on the home screen. Will be keeping this one for a while as it has pretty much all i need.

The key is I have power, while other phones without a replaceable battery die in the early afternoon to evening. I take 30 seconds, pop in a charged battery and am ready to go.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So Iv'e had this phone fr over a year now and thus far it has been running without any problems whatsoever. It is pretty fast on startup and shut down, It takes great photos and videos. And as the title says its has a replaceable battery if needed. I actually can make from 8am til about 7pm on heavy usage. I can honestly say that so far this has been the best smartphone I have owned.
