Healthier Choice for Lower Carb/Diabetic lifestyles
A loved one in my family has diabetes, and it seems to run in the family as well. We have had trial/error finding the right loaf of bread that didn't require us to make our own (we do for special occasions). This bread per slice is about 6.5-7 net carbs. I like that it is one of the most low-carb breads you can obtain without having to pay over $5 a loaf. It makes a mean grilled cheese and 1 slice with a breakfast of eggs is nice and filling. I am also on a lower carb diet, so transitioning from richer breads to this one was very easy. The slices are a bit thin, but they are always soft and delicious.
