Sargento baby Swiss has a wonderful flavor. Best baby Swiss brand I’ve had thus far. Will definitely be getting again.

Target frequently delivers regular Swiss cheese instead of the requested Baby Swiss cheese.

Love the cheese but they no longer separate the slices with paper and they tend to break when you try to get one out of the package.

Opened package the day of purchase to find mold.

Since Lorraine Swiss was discontinued in delis I have been trying to find a Swiss that isn't too strong. This is the answer! It is very mild and if you close your eyes you'd think that you were actually eating Lorraine Swiss. I'm half afraid to even be typing this review because, for some unknown reason, everything that I like gets discontinued.

Open a fresh packet of cheese that I just got and it has mold

Surprised to find a nice bold flavored swiss cheese pre-packaged. Tastes just as good as fresh swiss cheese sliced at the Deli. Also nice to have paper between each slice making it easy to remove a slice at a time. Nice product.

Gross! Expired by two months from Shipt/Target delivery. And the app demands a tip. A tip for spoiled food and not keeping anything temperature controlled on the drive here? Nope. Melted soft expired cheese that I could not even separate the slices! Where is the paper liners, Sargento?! Overpriced too.

When I travel, I like to see how other countries see the world and the foods from other places. Cheese, ham, etc. This time, I spotted this "Baby Swiss" at Target. Cheese is a very complicated item, that is not easy to control. That makes it difficult to cultivate a cheese outside of its origin region with all the right bacteria and climate. The description "Swiss Cheese" is already very vague, there are over 50 varieties of Swiss cheese and over 10 of them are world-famous. Regarding our "Baby Swiss", I would categorize it as a VERY young Emmentaler. Given the fact that the cheese is quite tasteless and soft, the hole size also implements a very young cheese. Ripe cheeses with small holes usually have a different taste, more on the mellow-nutty side. This cheese on the other side might have become a nice "Emmentaler" imitation, but was harvested much too early . . .

The flavor is weak. The texture is soft. Not very swiss cheese tasting swiss cheese. Based on the flavor letdown, will not buy again.
