Also a fantastic addition to pack for any trip just in case of any allergic reaction to something. Has come in handy when hotel bedding causes rashes from certain laundry detergents.

Skin felt protected and a hydration form of barrier on my rash. Using it as directed, my rash went away days before the previous lotion. There’s no irritation or burning when applied. I rather use a non steroid cream than a prescription due to side effects. I’ve had eczema all my life and tried everything on the market and this Sarna is my new one. Fast and clean relief. It was on my hands so this was perfect. I highly recommend this if you suffer eczema or dermatitis even if the skin is broken. Very glad I have this now!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It helps, and it doesn't have a smell, so it's perfect for people with allergies or sensitivities. The cream is thick but easy to absorb. Decent packaging. My only observation is on the name. Maybe in English, the word " Sarna" does not have a meaning, but in Spanish, it means " scabies." Nobody who is bilingual will be willing to buy a cream named "scabies". Maybe is something silly, but I think it's worth pointing out.

The smell was not my favorite and the only reason I gave this four stars but if you’re just looking for a soothing lotion that helps heal this is your best option

I have found, however, that it is not as thick/strong as I would have liked for dry/cracked skin. This would be a second lotion preference for me behind a well known lotion brand with product lines for severely dry almost burnt skin. I wash my hands a lot and I noticed that this lotion helped a ton with the dryness and cracking, however, like I said this would not be my first choice. Excellent lotion, way better than most brands and product lines I've come across!

That being said, I do prefer something heavier for overall improvement. If you're concerned with feeling greasy or sticky or if your skin is not aggressively dry or itchy, this is a great option.
