Description
Sasa Demarle created their Flexipan Mold surfaces to be smooth and treated with permanent non-stick silicon, allowing baked products to pop easily out of the mold. To unmold frozen or jellied desserts simply push them out from the bottom. Non-stick coatings add calories, cost money and may leave pastries soggy and greasy. Sasa Demarle's Fluted Square Tartlet Flexipan eliminates the need for oils and cooking spray. Flexipans clean easily, simply soak in hot soapy water. You will no longer have to scrape tough baked on grease or rust. This mold is so flexible you can turn it inside out without causing damage. The Sasa Demarle Fluted Square Tartlet Flexipan measures 18" x 26" with a 2.37 oz. capacity. Each pan makes 24 indents, each indent has a 2.37 oz. volume measuring 3.06" x 3.06".
